This position will be based in our Office in Brazil in an full in person work model. {We are looking for local Talent!}
Commercial Planning Associate
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic analysis of the company’s consolidated results through the development of financial reports, identifying key business drivers and communicating operational and financial performance
- Support corporate planning processes, including the annual operating plan, 3-year strategic plan, monthly forecasts, and business performance analyses
- Analyze commercial performance by distribution channel, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to support strategic decision-making
- Evaluate profitability by client, product, and segment, providing insights to optimize commercial strategies and resource allocation
- Collaborate with commercial teams to align financial planning with go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales targets
- Develop KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to monitor and interpret business unit performance
- Assist in special projects for the CFO, Executive Board, and senior leadership
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency by implementing and reviewing tools and workflows
- Validate revenue and expense allocations by comparing actual results against budgeted figures
- Conduct and guide financial research and data-driven projects
- Provide analytical support to internal teams within the scope of the role
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
Fluency in English and Spanish ideal
Knowledge of Brazilian GAAP, tax regulations, and corporate legislation is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, programming languages (python, R)
