This position will be based in our Office in São Paulo, Brazil in an full in person work model.
About the Role
We are looking for an analytically driven FP&A Analyst to join our Private Equity portfolio monitoring team. In this role, you will support the consolidation and analysis of financial results across our portfolio companies, contributing to the quality of reporting and decision-making across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
Support the consolidation of financial results from portfolio companies, ensuring data consistency and reliability across reporting cycles.
Contribute to the preparation of financial and operational analyses, including materials for internal committees and management presentations.
Maintain regular contact with portfolio companies to collect information and support ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
Help identify and implement automation opportunities in recurring processes to drive efficiency gains.
Assist in the development of dashboards and management reports to enhance performance visibility.
Support the structuring and maintenance of consolidated databases used for analysis and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Initial experience in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A-related activities.
Intermediate English proficiency; advanced English is a plus.
Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in developing problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI and iLevel).
Prior exposure to private equity, investment management, or portfolio monitoring environments.
