Associate II - Infrastructure - Finance Project

Key responsibilities
Lead the execution of infrastructure and project finance investments from origination to closing and portfolio monitoring
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across sectors such as energy, transportation, sanitation and public-private partnerships
Develop and review financial models, including construction and operational phases, to assess project viability and returns
Structure transactions and define pricing, considering funding costs and market conditions
Conduct credit analysis, assessing key risks related to construction, operations, regulatory environment and cash flow generation
Prepare clear and well-structured investment materials to support decision-making with senior leadership
Build relationships with banks, sponsors, advisors and investors to support deal flow and execution
Monitor portfolio performance, tracking financial results and identifying potential risks or required actions
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure or credit roles
Experience in investment banks, infrastructure funds, or asset managers
Strong background in financial modeling and transaction execution
Solid understanding of long-term financing structures and infrastructure projects
Strong analytical profile combined with commercial mindset and stakeholder interaction
Ability to communicate clearly and structure materials for decision-making
