Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of management reports for Real Estate Funds listed on B3;

• Responsible for updating the Investor Relations website and sending communications (Material Facts, Announcements, Reports, etc.) through the mailing list;

• Handle inquiries from unitholders and investors, including organizing and preparing responses to recurring questions;

• Support the preparation of institutional presentations, roadshows, investor calls, and fund‑related materials;

• Update internal performance and control dashboards;

• Monitor market and real estate reports.

Requirements

• Strong interest in the financial market, Real Estate, and investments;

• Proactive and organized profile, with strong attention to detail;

• High sense of responsibility regarding information and deadlines;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic environment.

• Advanced English;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education

• Undergraduate students in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, International Relations, and/or Accounting, starting from the 6th semester;

• Expected graduation date from June 2027 onward.
