Key responsibilities
• Structuring of Investment Funds
• Review of fund regulations and amendments thereto
• Legal support in the handling of fund corporate matters: Shareholders’ Meetings, Investment Committees, Oversight Committees, regulatory reports, agreements with the fund management company
• Legal support in fund transactions: contracts, NDAs and MOU
• Legal support in procedures before regulatory and market entities: Financial Superintendency, Stock Exchange (BVC), etc.
Requirements
Experience: 5 years
•Law degree
•Advanced English proficiency Postgraduate studies abroad (preferred)
Expertise in corporate, securities, and investment fund regulations
