Main Responsibilities
Support the delivery of procurement activities across indirect spend categories, including funds and corporate services. Real estate supplier sourcing experience would be advantageous
Assist in running sourcing processes, from initial analysis through to supplier selection and contracting
Work with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and identify cost-saving opportunities
Help manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and value delivery
Conduct market research and supplier analysis to support sourcing decisions
Support supplier onboarding and due diligence processes in line with compliance and regulatory requirements
Contribute to the implementation of procurement policies, processes, and best practices
Track and report savings, spend data, and procurement activity
Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on pricing structures and contract execution
Assist in identifying opportunities to consolidate spend and drive efficiencies across the business
Support project tracking, reporting, and internal communication of procurement initiatives

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in procurement, consulting, finance, or a related analytical role
Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of tasks and deliver results
Eagerness to learn and develop procurement and commercial skills
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
Comfortable working with data (Excel or similar tools)
Fluent English and Spanish
Portuguese is a plus
