Talent & Development Specialist

Purpose of the role
Design, deliver and evolve learning solutions that build critical capabilities, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and directly support business priorities. This role operates at the intersection of learning strategy, execution excellence, and data‑informed decision making—moving beyond training delivery into capability impact.
Support the end‑to‑end execution of learning initiatives, from needs analysis through delivery and evaluation
Coordinate and deliver learning experiences (virtual and/or in‑person), ensuring strong participant experience
Support manager and leader enablement through structured programs, learning materials, and toolkits
Partner with HRBPs and business stakeholders to understand development needs and translate them into learning actions
Manage learning logistics and operations (communications, scheduling, LMS setup, tracking)
Maintain accurate learning data and reporting to monitor participation, completion, and effectiveness
Support continuous improvement of programs based on feedback and data insights
Experience & Scope
3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development roles
Proven experience working in complex, fast‑paced organizations, with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Hands‑on leadership of:
End‑to‑end learning initiatives (needs analysis, design, delivery, measurement)
Manager and leader enablement programs
Facilitation of learning experiences (virtual and/or in‑person)
Strong grounding in:
Competency and capability frameworks
Blended learning ecosystems (formal, informal, experiential)
Experience designing and rolling out:
Leadership development programs
Core skills or functional capability curricula
Scalable learning solutions
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills:
Builds clear, compelling learning narratives for senior stakeholders
Tracks participation, effectiveness, and outcomes
Comfortable working with learning metrics and dashboards (Excel pivots, formulas, data hygiene)
Familiarity with learning evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick or similar)
Ability to move from activity tracking to insight generation (what’s working, what’s not, what to change)
Experience working with enterprise LMS / LXP platforms
Comfortable coordinating learning operations, data, and reporting within HCM ecosystems
English proficiency required (written and spoken)
