This position will be based in our Office in Bogota in full time in person work model.

About the Role
The professional will support Patria’s Infrastructure Investor Relations Team, contributing to market intelligence efforts, client engagement, fundraising initiatives, and ongoing relationship management with global and local investors. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, investment, and marketing teams across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Industry Analysis
Conduct research and produce insights on the global and local infrastructure investment landscape, including benchmarking managers, funds, and industry trends.
Manage and monitor information platforms and industry sources, ensuring timely updates for internal stakeholders.
Identify market movements, new opportunities, and competitive dynamics relevant to Patria’s strategies.
Commercial Support & Strategic Coordination
Partner with local and international commercial teams by participating in internal alignment meetings and supporting coverage of the infrastructure investor ecosystem.
Assist in the selection, planning, and participation in global and regional investment conferences.
Contribute to the organization, expansion, and maintenance of the investor relationship database.
Fundraising & Client Engagement
Prepare fundraising materials, including pitchbooks, presentations, and offering documentation.
Support due‑diligence processes for prospective and existing investors by coordinating information requests and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Investor Relationship Management
Produce recurring and ad‑hoc fund updates, including reports, communications, and relevant announcements.
Participate in investor meetings, office visits, and site visits to portfolio assets.
Address investor inquiries and maintain updated records across Patria’s internal CRM systems.
Event Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team to support major investor events such as the Annual Meeting and Patria Day, ensuring high‑quality execution and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
Experience & Functional Skills
Familiarity with corporate finance, accounting concepts, and basic financial modeling.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong interest in financial markets, infrastructure investments, private markets, or related fields.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong analytical mindset and ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Strong relationship‑building abilities and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders and investors.
Professional maturity, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Education & Languages
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
Fluency in English (required).
Spanish knowledge is a plus
