Real Estate | Structured Credit – Investment Professional
Within Patria’s Real Estate platform, this role will be part of the Structured Credit Investments team.
The position involves monitoring new business opportunities, conducting financial analysis and preparing investment memoranda with a focus on structured credit. The role requires strong expertise in financial modelling, as well as prior experience of the real estate market and credit analysis.
The team’s day-to-day is dynamic, combining extensive stakeholder engagement, financial analysis and review of legal structures in a collaborative, multi-tasking environment.
Key responsibilities and Requirements
Develop, update, and raise awareness of models for monitoring covenants and asset performance;
Checking servicer reports or securitization company reports;
Interact with debtors, securitization companies, and service providers;
Participate in restructurings;
Update portfolio indicators (historical allocation by indicator, segment, etc.) (monthly);
Update market data;
Propose and develop solutions for automation and scale gains in monitoring the portfolio.
