Key Responsibilities:
Planning, analysis and report of people budget and HR costs (total compensation)
Headcount and expenses simulations and scenarios elaboration
Perform payroll analysis making sure accuracy of data reported in monthly financial closing
Bonus and Shares provision and analysis
HR Process and system’s automation (support for systems implementation and integrations)
Maintenance and improvement of tools for people data visualization and analysis (BI)
Support investor’s questionnaires for due diligence
Comply with SOX requirements
Preparation of executive presentations to partners / leaders (monthly forecast, HR demographic decks and others)
Support for Business Partners (goals, simulations, analysis, people problem solving)
Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Economics or Administration
Performance in dynamic and complex markets/segments (Growing Multinationals, Financial Market Companies, Global Consultancies)
Experience in managing complex multi-currency People Budgets / People Planning and interacting with FP&A, Accounting and Technology areas
Experience with HR Process and Systems
Finance and Accounting expertise
Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power Point
Advanced / Fluent English and Spanish
Knowledge in Power BI and Oracle (HCM, EPM, PBCS, People Planning)
Working with high-level executives / Management
