Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, analysis and report of people budget and HR costs (total compensation)

• Headcount and expenses simulations and scenarios elaboration

• Perform payroll analysis making sure accuracy of data reported in monthly financial closing

• Bonus and Shares provision and analysis

• HR Process and system’s automation (support for systems implementation and integrations)

• Maintenance and improvement of tools for people data visualization and analysis (BI)

• Support investor’s questionnaires for due diligence

• Comply with SOX requirements

• Preparation of executive presentations to partners / leaders (monthly forecast, HR demographic decks and others)

• Support for Business Partners (goals, simulations, analysis, people problem solving)

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting, Engineering, Economics or Administration

• Performance in dynamic and complex markets/segments (Growing Multinationals, Financial Market Companies, Global Consultancies)

• Experience in managing complex multi-currency People Budgets / People Planning and interacting with FP&A, Accounting and Technology areas

• Experience with HR Process and Systems

• Finance and Accounting expertise

• Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power Point

• Advanced / Fluent English and Spanish

• Knowledge in Power BI and Oracle (HCM, EPM, PBCS, People Planning)

• Working with high-level executives / Management
