This position will be based in our Office in São Paulo, Brazil in an full in person work model.
Main Responsibilities
· Support portfolio companies in budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
· Consolidate financial results across multiple portfolio companies, ensuring data consistency, comparability, and reliability.
· Perform financial and operational analyses, providing insights and materials to the Board and executive committees to support monitoring and decision-making.
· Manage and maintain the Private Equity performance and results management system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity.
· Maintain daily interaction with portfolio companies to gather information and actively contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
· Support directors and corporate teams with both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
· Automate recurring processes (Excel, Power Query, VBA, or similar tools) to increase efficiency and scalability.
· Develop Power BI dashboards and management reports, focused on performance visibility and business monitoring.
· Design data models and structure consolidated databases to enable advanced analysis.
· Ensure high standards of data quality, traceability, governance, and reporting standardization.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
· Solid experience in FP&A routines, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
· Advanced English proficiency is preferred.
· Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data modeling.
· Knowledge of automation tools (Power Query, VBA, or similar) is preferred.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
· Excellent communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior executives and stakeholders.
