Auditor Chile (Corredora de Bolsa / Administradora General de Fondos)

Responsible for the Internal Audit function in Chile, covering both the Brokerage (Corredora de Bolsa) and the Asset Management Company (AGF), ensuring compliance with applicable CMF regulations and local financial market standards.

The role will oversee the independent assessment of governance, internal control systems, and regulatory compliance frameworks, with specific focus on adherence to CMF regulations, including NCG 507, NCG 510 and NCG 528.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the annual risk-based Internal Audit Plan for MCB and AGF.

2. Evaluate compliance with CMF regulatory requirements, particularly NCG 507, 510 and 528, and related governance and control standards.

3. Assess the effectiveness of internal control environments, corporate governance structures, and key operational processes.

4. Issue audit reports in English and Spanish, with clear findings, risk assessments, and remediation recommendations.

5. Present audit results to Senior Management, the Board of Directors, and Audit Committees.

6. Monitor remediation plans and validate the proper implementation of corrective actions.

Profile:

• Senior auditor based in Chile with experience in the Chilean financial market, ideally within brokerage firms and/or asset management companies.

• Strong technical knowledge of CMF regulatory framework, including NCG 507, 510 and 528.

• Full professional proficiency in English is required.
