About the Role
The professional will support Patria’s Infrastructure Investor Relations Team, contributing to market intelligence efforts, client engagement, fundraising initiatives, and ongoing relationship management with global and local investors. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, investment, and marketing teams across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Industry Analysis
Conduct research and generate insights on global and local infrastructure investment markets, including benchmarking managers, funds, and relevant industry trends.
Manage and monitor information platforms and market intelligence sources, ensuring timely updates to internal stakeholders.
Identify market movements, emerging opportunities, and competitive dynamics relevant to Patria’s strategies.
Commercial Support & Strategic Coordination
Collaborate with domestic and international commercial teams through alignment meetings and coordinated market coverage.
Support the evaluation, selection, and participation in regional and global investment conferences.
Contribute to the expansion, organization, and maintenance of the investor relationship database.
Fundraising & Client Engagement
Prepare and review fundraising materials such as pitchbooks, presentations, and offering documents.
Support and oversee due-diligence processes for prospective and current investors, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
Assist in planning and executing local and international roadshows.
Investor Relationship Management
Produce and review recurring and ad‑hoc fund updates, investor communications, and relevant announcements.
Participate in investor meetings, office visits, and asset site visits.
Address investor inquiries and maintain accurate records in Patria’s internal CRM systems.
Event Coordination
Collaborate with the marketing team in the execution of major investor events, such as the Annual Meeting and Patria Day, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
ESG Coordination & Oversight
Support the ongoing integration of ESG practices within the Infrastructure platform by acting as a bridge between the Investor Relations team and the ESG function.
Monitor ESG deliverables, reporting timelines, and agreed-upon action items, ensuring alignment between investment teams, ESG specialists, and investor expectations.
Provide transparency and updates to investors regarding ESG progress, initiatives, and performance indicators.
Requirements
Experience & Functional Skills
Previous experience or strong interest in financial markets, infrastructure investments, private markets, or related fields.
Familiarity with corporate finance, accounting principles, and basic financial modeling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional and cross‑regional teams.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Strong relationship‑building abilities and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and investors.
High professional maturity, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.
Education & Languages
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
Fluency in English (required).
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
