Main Responsibilities:
Support the quarterly financial closing process of Private Equity funds, analyzing key business drivers, historical returns (Net/Gross IRR, Net/Gross MOIC), and preparing financial reports for internal stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage core fund activities, including capital calls, capital distributions, and related LP communications.
Lead the quarterly valuation process in partnership with third-party appraisers, proposing process improvements and contributing as a valuation specialist when needed.
Review and manage cash flow projections and cash management, including waterfall calculations and LP capital activity.
Collaborate with Investor Relations, Sales, and other internal teams on matters related to Private Equity funds.
Continuously monitor and enhance fund processes, deliverables, and systems to ensure operational excellence and data integrity.
Support the development of analysis for strategic decision at Fund level (Project fund performance according to updated investment plans, scenario analysis for effective risk management at fund level, explore internal and external levers to improve fund results)
Private equity business unit management (budget and long-term financial planning)
Requirements:
Strong analytical profile with attention to detail.
Solid knowledge of corporate finance and fund structures.
Proven ability to model complex financial scenarios and structures.
Familiarity with various valuation methodologies and techniques.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (mandatory).
High sense of prioritization, organization, and ownership.
