Main Responsibilities:
Support the monitoring of the team’s allocation and workforce pipeline, ensuring accurate data and timely updates.
Assist in implementing HR processes and initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners and managers.
Provide operational support for HR agendas (Talent Management, Recruitment, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits), ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Collect and analyze HR data and metrics, preparing reports to support decision-making and identify trends.
Participate in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-up.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives, helping to implement programs and gather feedback.
Assist in conflict resolution processes, escalating issues when necessary and maintaining proper documentation.
Ensure accurate execution of HR tools and systems, supporting managers and employees in their use.
Collaborate in HR projects and change management initiatives, providing administrative and communication support.
Contribute to budget tracking and planning, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Previous experience in HR operations or generalist roles is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work with data and prepare reports.
Knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
