Position Description
We are seeking an Investor Relations Associate to play a strategic role in communication and relationship management with institutional and retail investors of our “tijolo” and credit real estate funds.
This professional will be responsible for leading both recurring and non-recurring communication for a set of funds, as well as supporting strategic processes such as new offerings, shareholders’ meetings, fund consolidations, relevant portfolio movements and the definition of the area’s communication strategy.
The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, project management capabilities, and solid experience in the financial markets — ideally in real estate funds, structured credit, private equity, real estate, asset management or related areas.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the production of management reports, presentation materials, material facts, announcements and other official documents for the funds under your responsibility.
Act as the focal point for strategic communication with institutional and retail investors, answering questions, conducting analyses and supporting external meetings.
Participate in critical processes such as capital raises, shareholders’ meetings, fund consolidations, communication of transactions and extraordinary events.
Monitor portfolio indicators, translating financial, operational and real estate topics into clear messages for the market.
Work side by side with portfolio managers to ensure alignment between fund strategy and investor-facing narrative.
Directly lead 1 analyst, ensuring technical quality and effective prioritization.
Requirements
Approximately 7 years of experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Equity Research or related areas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset, strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with FIIs/real estate funds, structured credit or real estate is a plus.
Fluent English.
