Real Estate | Structured Credit – Investment Professional

Within Patria’s Real Estate platform, this role will be part of the Structured Credit Investments team.

The position involves originating new business opportunities, conducting financial analysis and preparing investment memoranda with a focus on structured credit. The role requires strong expertise in financial modelling, as well as prior experience of the real estate market and credit analysis.

The team’s day-to-day is dynamic, combining extensive stakeholder engagement, financial analysis and review of legal structures in a collaborative, multi-tasking environment.

Key responsibilities and requirements

• Strong understanding of the main segments of the real estate market (residential, logistics, office, etc.) and the full cycle from acquisition through development to exit.

• Advanced financial modelling skills to support detailed investment analysis across both equity and debt, and across structures such as CRI, FII, FIDC, etc.

• Preparation of investment memoranda and teasers for discussion with investors and investment committees.

• Knowledge of the structuring of CRI, FII and/or FIDC.

• Negotiation of CRIs in the secondary market.

• Experience with due diligence processes.

• Knowledge of corporate credit analysis.

• Significant internal and external exposure, requiring strong negotiation skills with a wide range of stakeholders, including institutional investors, individual investors, lawyers, service providers and others.
