Responsibilities
Support the HRBP Lead in managing and implementing the HR and institutional agendas for the business unit, providing the necessary data and analyses support to improve and influence executive decision-making.
Prepare presentations for clients and leadership meetings, transforming metrics into compelling narratives.
Monitor and act on the pipeline of the area’s professionals, ensuring efficient team allocation
Identify potential conflicts and work actively to mitigate them, giving visibility to managers and partners and proposing solutions
Ensure execution in accordance with the HR product areas (Talent Management, Acquisition, Engagement and Compensation & Benefits)
Participate in the definition, alongside partners and directors, of an HR strategy, ensuring that the team in their service area is high-performing and aligned with the organization's culture
Monitor the planning and implementation of HR processes and tools in their service area
Acts as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers to develop solutions; programs and policies
Actively participates in annual budget planning
Actively participates in recruitment process
Find ways to build and boost retention
Identify needs and data to support the business and its employees
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Analytical Mindset: Proven experience in roles requiring data modeling and analysis (Compensation, People Analytics or other related fields is highly valued).
Ability to work with data and prepare reports (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive interest in leveraging technology to drive efficiency is a plus.
Language: Fluent English is mandatory (daily interaction with global teams and stakeholders).
