Sales Associate - EMEA

2. The Role
Patria is seeking a Sales Associate to support fundraising activities across Europe and Middle East. The position offers broad exposure to investors, internal teams, and Patria’s multi-asset platform. Over time, the Associate will develop into a client-facing coverage role.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Execution & Client Coverage
· Assist in developing and executing outreach strategies across European and Middle Eastern institutional investors.
· Prepare high-quality briefing notes ahead of investor meetings summarising investor background, positioning, recent activity, and key talking points.
· Produce post-meeting memos, track follow-up actions, and ensure timely completion of next steps.
· Prepare and refine materials for prospecting, investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
· Map and segment the European and Middle Eastern LP landscape; support pipeline management and opportunity prioritisation.
· Support the servicing of existing investors through portfolio updates, reporting needs, and ongoing communication.
· Track investor interactions across the sales cycle, ensuring consistent messaging and a seamless experience.
· Gradually take ownership of a selected group of client accounts as experience develops.
Internal Coordination & Due Diligence Support
· Work closely with the Investor Relations teams to align messaging, materials, and responses to investor questions.
· Collaborate with investment teams, legal, compliance, marketing, operations, and product specialists throughout the fundraising lifecycle.
· Support due diligence processes by preparing responses, coordinating data collection, and ensuring the accuracy of materials.
· Maintain and enhance CRM records, dashboards, and internal reporting to ensure clear visibility on investor progress and engagement.
· Coordinate logistics and preparation for roadshows, LP days, and other fundraising events.
Market Intelligence & Commercial Analytics
· Maintain an up-to-date understanding of European and Middle Eastern LPs, market trends, and competitive dynamics in private markets.
· Monitor investor behaviour, capital flows, and relevant macro and regulatory developments.
· Produce internal insights and reports that help refine targeting strategies and support senior leadership decision-making.
· Benchmark Patria’s offerings and positioning against comparable managers to support strategic messaging and outreach.
3. Candidate Requirements
Experience & Background
· 4 years in asset management, investment banking, private markets, consulting, or a related analytical/commercial field.
· Exposure to institutional investors or fundraising processes is a plus.
· Strong interest in private markets and multi-asset investment strategies.
Skills & Attributes
· Strong analytical capability; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
· Excellent writing and communication skills; able to produce clear materials and present confidently.
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams.
· Commercial mindset with curiosity about client needs and market dynamics.
· Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across functions, including close day-to-day collaboration with the IR teams.
· Fluency in English; another European language is beneficial.
· Ability to travel occasionally.
