Position Summary

We are looking for a high-achieving Law student to join our Corporate Legal team as an Intern. This role is designed for a student who is halfway through their degree and eager to gain hands-on experience in the heart of the alternative asset management industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, contracts, and legal correspondence.

• Support the team in corporate governance tasks, including the preparation of minutes and resolutions.

• Conduct in-depth legal research on corporate law, CVM regulations, and capital markets.

• Support due diligence processes for investment transactions and corporate initiatives.

• Help maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with regulatory filings.

• Collaborate with internal departments (Compliance, Finance, and Investment teams) to support day-to-day operations.

Key Qualifications & Competencies

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Direito).

• Academic Standing: Must be approximately halfway through the program (3rd or 4th year).

• Academic Excellence: A strong GPA and a proven track record of academic achievement are required.

• Language Skills: Fluent/Advanced English is a must, as you will frequently interact with global teams and review international documentation.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Mindset: Proactive, "hands-on" attitude with a strong sense of ethics and alignment with our high-performance culture.
