It’s a strategic project that spans 24 municipalities, serves 815,000 people, and reaches approximately 250,000 customers along the banks of the São Francisco River, with headquarters in Petrolina.

Responsibilities:
Design, lead, and implement strategic Human Resources policies aligned with Patria's business strategy
Act as a Business Partner to leadership, offering strategic consulting in decision-making regarding talent management, organizational structure, climate, compensation, and the development of high-performance teams
Develop plans for attracting, including, retaining, and engaging diverse professionals, promoting affirmative action practices and continuous development
Ensure the governance of performance management processes, succession planning, compensation and benefits policies, always aligned with current legislation and best market practices
Manage compliance processes, labor relations, audits, and updating internal policies according to local and HR standards
Coordinate strategic recruitment processes, onboarding, potential assessment, and career plans, ensuring excellence in employee experience
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree; Postgraduate degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or related fields will be considered a plus
Solid proven experience in HR leadership positions, including generalist and strategic roles in regulated environments or public utilities companies is very important; experience in sanitation is a plus
Hands-on profile and close to the field
Experience with transformation projects, team integration, and management of the complete people’s lifecycle
Proficiency in labor law, HR indicators, and systemic people management tools
Collaborative profile, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to work autonomously with a strategic vision
