Sales Associate - Institutional clients
We are looking for an Associate with 4–5 years of experience in the financial sector, with a strong background in capital markets and the structuring of investment vehicles in Colombia. This professional will be closely involved in capital raising processes and client coverage, working directly with investors and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in the structuring of investment vehicles.
Build financial models and perform analyses of alternative asset classes to support investment vehicle evaluation.
Prepare presentations and materials for investors and internal committees.
Conduct market studies and client profiling.
Take part in strategic meetings and support capital raising processes.
Maintain direct communication with investors and, eventually, take on client coverage.
Support commercial leaders in the execution of their activities.
Partner with the Marketing team in the preparation of client events and communications.
Support Investments and Product teams in the development of factsheets, reports, management commentary and other materials.
Key Qualifications & Competencies
Strong foundation in corporate finance and financial modeling.
Knowledge of alternative asset classes and investment funds.
Experience structuring investment vehicles in Colombia and understanding of applicable regulation.
Experience in market intelligence and client analysis.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors.
High level of proactivity, autonomy and results-orientation.
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on attitude.
