OVERVIEW
The Treasury Analyst will play a key role in supporting corporate treasury operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and driving process improvements through automation and reporting. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Treasury Reporting:
· Prepare periodic reports
· Support reporting on receivables and overdue balances
· Maintain and enhance corporate card reporting
· Monitor and control supplier advances
Corporate Credit Card Management:
· Monitor banking integrations and file processing in Oracle
· Perform reconciliations and track pending expense submissions
· Act as the primary point of contact for cardholders
· Manage issuance, transfers, and card cancellations
· Oversee program administration, including rebates, guarantees, and associated costs
Internal Controls / SOx Compliance:
· Ensure effectiveness and execution of SOx controls
· Perform operational Treasury controls
· Maintain proper documentation and share with relevant stakeholders
Audit Support (Internal & External):
· Provide documentation for payment controls
· Supply bank statements and supporting evidence
· Assist with journal documentation and circularization requests
Projects / Automation Initiatives:
· Automate delivery of payment confirmations to requestors (in progress)
· Support bank statement integration with Oracle (in progress)
· Assist in generating debit notes (NDs)
· Identify and implement automation for routine activities
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
· Strong analytical and organizational skills
· Proficiency in Oracle and advanced Excel
· Knowledge of treasury operations and internal controls
· Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
· Effective communication and stakeholder management
