The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in São Paulo, providing strategic and operational HR support to our Commercial Division across Brazil. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on HR professional to help shape people strategies that drive business performance and employee engagement within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leaders, building strong, influential relationships across all levels of the business.
- Partner with management teams to design and implement people strategies that enable growth, productivity, and organisational effectiveness.
- Lead and support core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, compensation cycles, and succession planning.
- Drive recruitment initiatives for commercial roles, ensuring we attract top‑tier talent aligned with Patria’s culture and business objectives.
- Support employee development, coaching leaders on best practices in engagement, retention, and career progression.
- Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to ensure consistency in policies, compliance, and employee experience.
- Actively identify HR opportunities and challenges, using data and insights to propose solutions that create measurable value.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR, with a focus on Business Partnership, Talent Management, Compensation strategies and Recruitment.
- Strong track record of stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Solid understanding of Brazilian labour legislation and best HR practices.
- Strategic yet pragmatic thinker, able to balance long‑term vision with day‑to‑day operations.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an advantage.
