This position will be based in our Office in Brazil in an full in person work model. We are looking for local Talent!
Main Responsibilities:
Procurement Category Manager for Funds expenses and other Corporate Indirect categories, such as: IT, HR, Marketing and Travel
Knowledge of the financial market segment and fund suppliers.
Lead complex service acquisition processes involving multiple departments.
Manage the supplier base related to the assigned procurement category, coordinating relationships with strategic suppliers.
Engage with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and ensure alignment with business guidelines.
Identify synergy opportunities among managed entities and funds.
Conduct preliminary analysis of new suppliers in alignment with Compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Support the implementation of procurement policies, procedures, manuals, and global guidelines defined by Management.
Supervise and validate procurement processes carried out by Analysts, ensuring compliance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with Finance and Legal departments on tax structuring and contract formalization.
Monitor departmental KPIs and consolidate information for management reports.
Report savings and budget deviations to Management.
Act as a global point of contact for internal departments regarding procurement-related matters.
Interact with the consulting team and Patria’s portfolio companies to foster synergy, process alignment, and initiatives.
Manage and develop the team of Analysts, promoting training and engagement.
Plan and prioritize demands, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Previous experience in procurement, with roles in coordination or technical leadership.
PMO and process improvements skills
Knowledge of contract structuring and procurement processes.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Previous experience in procurement, with roles in coordination or technical leadership.
Analytical capability and strategic vision.
Proficiency in management tools and data analysis (Excel and others).
Fluent in English.
Advanced Spanish.
