People Analytics Specialist, Value Creation

This position will be based in our Office in São Paulo, Brazil in an full in person work model.
Main Responsibilities
- As part of Patria Portfolio Companies (PortCos) Management&Transformation HR Team, manage and evolve Workforce metrics, dashboards and reports for Patria´s Private Equity and Infrastructure Funds PortCos.
- Manage and optimize processes for PortCos Workforce data collection and validation, including Headcount, Payroll Costs, employee demographics, organizational structures, etc.
- Manage and optimize processes for PortCos Workforce KPIs calculation, including Turnover, Overtime, Absenteeism, Healthcare Plans costs and utilization etc.
- Manage and optimize processes for the identification of improvement opportunities on each PortCo Workforce KPI, using techniques such as Trend analysis, Peer group benchmarks and Root cause analysis.
- Lead the discussions with each PortCo of the possible ways to address the improvement opportunities and the documentation of the agreed Action Plans.
- Manage the tracking with each PortCo of the execution of the improvement Plans and their impact on the Workforce KPIs.
- Collaborate with other HR and Business teams to deliver other recurring and ad-hoc people analytics projects.
- Manage the maintenance of data privacy and confidentiality in all Analytics processes in accordance with local laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Postgraduate or specialist degrees are desired.
- Proven experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, HRIS or Workforce Planning. Knowledge of Payroll Processes, Systems and Regulation are desired.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (such as Power BI - preferred, Tableau, or similar) is required. Knowledge in programming languages (Python, R) and statistical modeling are pluses.
- Hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaborative mindset.
- Fluency in Portuguese. English proficiency required. Spanish desired.
The Challenge
At this moment, the PortCos People Analytics area is evolving, seeking to increase its impact on Workforce efficiency in the Portfolio Companies. Thus, while it is critical to maintain current processes, generating the dashboards, analyses, and reports agreed upon with each stakeholder, it is equally essential to identify, design, and build new methods and tools to support value creation.
This requires the team to have a combination of discipline and flexibility to both sustain and evolve the area's processes. The PortCos People Analytics – Associate is expected to drive and help the team in achieving that.
