This position is based in our São Paulo office and follows a full in-person work model.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist the portfolio companies budget and forecast routines, as well as on eventual variation analyses;
- Responsible for Value Creation area budget control and management;
- Results analyses, providing information to the board in the main forums for monitoring and decision-making;
- Work with the Private Equity results management system, ensuring accuracy and updating of numbers;
- Daily interaction with the investments to obtain information and contribute to projects;
- Support directors and corporate areas on quantitative and qualitative information;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experienced on FP&A routines, with accounting knowledge.
- Advanced English is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with executives.
