About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to join our internal headhunting team in São Paulo. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end executive recruitment for senior-level positions across all disciplines and geographies within Patria. The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of experience in executive search, both at headhunting firms and in-house, with a strong preference for experience in financial services or asset management.
This position is based in our São Paulo office and follows a full in-person work model.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and execute full-cycle executive recruitment for senior and executive roles across all business lines and regions.
- Partner closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs, define search strategies, and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks, ensuring a rigorous and objective selection process.
- Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and data-driven recommendations to inform hiring decisions and influence talent strategy.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Support early careers and program management initiatives as needed.
- Represent Patria’s values and employer brand in all candidate and stakeholder interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- More than 8 years of experience in end-to-end executive recruitment, with a mix of headhunting firm and in-house experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting for senior roles in financial services, asset management, or related sectors.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills; comfortable engaging with senior partners and executives.
- Proficiency in English is a must; fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decisions.
