Main Responsabilities:
- Lead and maintain accurate financial records and month-end close processes, ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenues, expenses, and margins by developing dynamic dashboards and data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
- Design and maintain scalable financial models for forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis and long-term strategic planning using advanced tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through deep financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making across business units.
- Prepare and support executive-level financial presentations for internal stakeholders, board meetings, and investor calls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and other transaction activities in LATAM.
- Define, monitor and continuously improve KPIs using automated reporting tools and scripting where applicable.
- Drive ad-hoc and on-demand analysis with agility, combining internal and external data sources.
- Engage in process improvements (e.g., standardize/streamline processes, automation of activities, improve accuracy of information).
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or business/data analysis with exposure to high-growth or dynamic environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including Power Query), VBA, and at least one programming language such as Python or SQL.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with ability to build robust and flexible models from scratch and improve existing ones.
- Ability to communicate effectively. Critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong team player
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Portuguese is a plus.
- Desirable: Knowledge of LATAM fund structures and regulatory environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative fields.
