About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager (Associate level) to lead and manage our Early Careers Recruitment, Trainee Programs, and Employer Branding projects. This role is pivotal in shaping Patria’s early talent pipeline and strengthening our employer brand across Latin America and beyond. You will partner closely with universities, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to attract, engage, and develop high-potential students and early career professionals who align with our long-term talent needs and organizational culture.
This position is based in our São Paulo office and follows a full in-person work model. We are looking for local talent!
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of early careers recruitment programs, including Patria Academy (internship and trainee programs), ensuring alignment between recruitment partners, hiring managers, HRBPs, and other stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve structured recruitment processes for early talent, from needs assessment and sourcing strategy to candidate selection, onboarding, and program engagement.
- Oversee external recruitment consultancies, ensuring service-level quality, process adherence, and alignment with Patria’s priorities and values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to enhance Patria’s presence and attract top early career talent.
- Drive employer branding initiatives focused on early careers, including digital campaigns, university events, and social media engagement to promote Patria’s culture and opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive staffing support and market intelligence to management teams, leveraging leading-edge recruiting techniques and tools.
- Own KPI management and data analytics for all early careers programs: define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (such as time to hire, cost to hire, diversity of hires, program conversion rates, and candidate experience metrics) to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and drive data-driven decision making.
- Prepare and present regular reports and actionable insights to leadership, recommending improvements based on data analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes, maintaining accurate records and influencing hiring managers regarding their compliance responsibilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR partners, proactively engaging leadership teams to establish a common understanding of Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and service level agreements.
- Creatively brand and promote Patria’s culture, maximizing social media and digital presence for talent branding and engagement.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within recruitment, early talent programs, or employer branding, preferably with exposure to both corporate and search firm environments.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including partnership with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in KPI management and data analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of university recruiting cycles, early talent best practices, and employer branding strategies.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a structured, disciplined manner.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or data analytics tools is highly desirable.
