This position will be based in our Office in Brazil in an full in person work model. {We are looking for local Talent!}
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting in the review of the accounting closing of Structured Investment Funds (FII, FIDC and FIP) and investee companies (Private Equity);
- Assisting in the calculation of the income to be distributed from Real Estate Funds (FII);
- Acting as a point of contact between managers (defining P.U., clarifying doubts) and administrators (communicating to the market);
- Supporting the validation of monthly, quarterly and annual FII reports;
- Assisting in gathering documentation for external audits and real estate appraisal consultancies;
- Developing reports for the Investor Relations area and providing analytical support to the FP&A team.
Main requirements:
- English
- Knowledge of Excel-VBA desirable
- Knowledge of capital markets (investment funds - FIIs) desirable
