This position will be based in our Office in Buenos Aires in a full presencial work model.
About the Role
Investor relations Associate responsible for the creation, updating, streamlining and delivery of analytical and marketing products designed to enhance relations with existing and new clients. Candidate´s skillsets must combine strong financial analytical knowledge, critical thinking and leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Producing portfolio companies’ quarterly analysis and reports based on interactions with senior management at each firm;
- Building the materials for investor’s meetings, including funds returns and benchmark analysis, among others;
- Supporting the fundraising process for all Private Equities products, including presentations, data room management, ad-hoc client requests, etc;
- Executing analysis and calculations of returns, benchmarks, portfolio company financials, market studies, etc;
- Managing the most junior team by giving direction, defining milestones/deliverables and working on their technical training;
- Structuring and outlining ongoing day-to-day activities and planning of expected workload.
Requirements:
- Economics, BA, Accounting, Finance or Engineering degrees preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Equity Research, Credit Research, Strategic Planning, FP&A, M&A, Investment Banking, or Investor Relations.
- English language proficiency (required). Portuguese (preferred).
- Solid analytical skills, including financial accounting and modelling, valuation, report writing and presentation building and delivery.
- Experience leading junior teams.
- Mastery of the Office package.
