Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the AMS team and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT services.
- Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests using the ServiceNow platform.
- Track defined KPIs and deliver results to areas with defined frequencies.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize IT needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation related to AMS services.
- Monitor and report service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Train and guide the team in the use of ITSM tools and processes, fostering a continuous learning environment.
- Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring proper integration and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
- Lead and manage technological evolutions, ensuring delivery within budget and established timelines.
- Coordinate and/or participate with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper implementation of technological solutions.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with technological projects, ensuring business continuity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and technology partners to ensure the quality and efficiency of services.
- Propose process automation improvements.
- Identify opportunities for application improvement, cost reduction, and system enhancements.
- Conduct risk assessments and align with recovery plans related to applications.
- Coordinate incidents in the production environment using ITSM tools.
- Execute effective change management, ensuring production rules are followed by projects and service providers.
- Control the budget related to applications, including contracts, software licensing costs, headcount, and third parties.
- Supervise contract compliance of IT vendors by both parties and ensure customer satisfaction.
We are seeking an experienced Application Coordinator to support Systems Operations in Patria, based in São Paulo, Brazil. Your duties will include supporting our suite of Oracle Fusion Cloud and satellites, modifying and upgrading them as necessary, and troubleshooting application issues to ensure there are no disruptions in the production environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in IT service management of Oracle Fusion Cloud and a deep understanding of ITSM tools and processes, with a particular focus on ServiceNow. This role is crucial for ensuring the continuity and efficiency of our IT services, as well as leading continuous improvement initiatives and meeting regulatory requirements.
Main requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English is mandatory; a good understanding of Spanish will be a plus.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT service management, preferably in coordination positions.
- Demonstrable experience in the use and administration of ServiceNow and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Deep knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices (ITIL).
- Leadership skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in managing technological projects, including planning, execution, and project closure.
- Experience in the financial industry, with a solid understanding of its processes and regulations.
- Experience in investment fund management systems.
- Project management background to oversee the installation, upgrading, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud application systems.
- Problem-solving skills to efficiently identify and resolve any technical issues that may disrupt application functionality.
- Excellent technical abilities in IT domains.
- Good communication skills to liaise with the IT team and stakeholders
